Due to regional election schedule to take place on the weekend of 25/26 September 2021, that constitutes a Force Majeur event, we are yet again forced to postponed the race day.
Originally the date of 25 September 2021 was selected because in the past 20 years, the regional election always took place in the month of October.
After much consideration, and after considering 9 October 2021 as an option to re-schedule the race, the overwhelming requests from registered athletes to defer their registrations due to increasing pandemic measures and a possible fourth virus lockdown / wave, made us take the hard decision to postponed the event to 7 May 2022.
All registered athletes are automatically transferred to the new date. You are not required to take any further action.
However, if the new date is not suitable, please e-mail us at info@challenge-lisboa.com and we will try to accommodate you in another race in 2021.
We regret the inevitable news and hope we can make up with a great event and finally be back on the regular schedule.
